Terms of booking

Direct bookings are confirmed personally by the host. These terms will be finalised when online payment is connected.

1. 01

   Making a reservation

   Choose your dates and send them to the host. Nothing is confirmed, and nothing is charged, until the host has confirmed the stay with you.

2. 02

   Cancellation

   The terms follow the Firm policy used on the BluBlush Airbnb listing.

   Stays shorter than 28 nights: a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in; 50% if you cancel between 30 and 7 days before; no refund within 7 days of check in.

   Stays of 28 nights or more: a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in. After that, the first 30 nights are not refundable.

3. 03

   Payment

   Payment details are shared by the host when your stay is confirmed.

4. 04

   Changes to your stay

   Write to the host and changes will be made where the dates allow.

5. 05

   Damage

   Any damage or loss in the apartment is charged in addition to the booking.
